Interior.
The ground floor features a cosy, roofed terrace where the main entrance is situated. There is a living room with a kitchen and dining area and a well-lit, comfortable bathroom. The living room features an option of a fireplace for a cosy interior. The option of a bedroom as presented in the enclosed plan may be given up to enlarge the living room. An external storage room will fit all the required gardening tools.

Wooden "miller's" stairs lead to the attic where a master bedroom or two smaller bedrooms can be arranged.
