This practical solution will protect you from rain or snow. The house is covered by a gable roof with a pitch of 31.5 degrees. The facade features a bay with a large number of windows which let plenty of sunlight into the house.

Ground floor. The ground floor features a spacious, well-lit living room, big enough to fit a fireplace. It opens onto a dining room and the kitchen. A large balcony door in the living room leads directly into the garden.

The ground floor also features a guest room, an office, and a bright bathroom.

The house is entered via a vestibule, spacious enough to fit a closet. It opens onto a hallway which leads directly into the living room. The staircase features a window which brings sunlight into the hallway.

The first floor is a private area comprising a large master bedroom with a balcony and two single bedrooms. A cosy office has been designed for the family members working at home. The balcony can be accessed form each room.

The first floor also features a large bathroom.

Dark green roofing tiles and matching window and door mouldings give this house a unique appearance.
